Dr Jaeger accepts dental insurance benefits and participates with most major dental insurance providers.  Within your insurance plan, orthodontic benefits are distinct from the general dental coverage and are typically subject to a maximum lifetime benefit and copayment percentage. We currently participate with the following insurance plans:

-AVS Dental Plan
-Cigna
-Delta
-Horizon BC/BS of NJ
-Metlife
-Sunlife-DHA
-United Concordia

Orthodontic benefits, in most cases, cover only a portion of the overall treatment fee.  The remaining copayment share is the financial responsibility of the patient/parent. A payment plan will be offered by Dr Jaeger to budget the cost of the braces over the treatment period. Payments may be made in the form of cash, check or credit card.
